Some agenda items include:  Food -  Tacos in a Bag; Refreshments; Presidential speech; Introduction of board nominees; Voting on the proposed bylaw changes; Voting for the new directors.

Your right as a current voting member in good standing of the Souris Valley Humane Society under:
ARTICLE III – MEMBERSHIP
Section C.  Privileges of Membership
2.  At the Annual Meeting and Election of Directors, should any voting member be out of town or out of state and unable to attend, said member is entitled to send a sealed ballot to the Secretary of the SVHS.  This ballot must be received in advance of the meeting.  Such a ballot shall be sealed within an unmarked envelope, which in turn shall be placed within a second envelope on which the member has placed “BALLOT ENCLOSED”.

** SVHS can not be held liable or responsible for the delivery of the ballots.  Ballots arriving after the annual meeting, no matter the postmark date, will not be considered.  Faxed or emailed ballots also will not be considered. **
