SOURIS VALLEY HUMANE SOCIETY RECEIVES FUNDING FROM VERENDRYE ELECTRIC TRUST, INC., “OPERATION ROUNDUP”

MINOT, NORTH DAKOTA, March 10, 2007 -- The Souris Valley Humane Society announced today it has received a check of $1,245 from the Verendrye Electric Trust, Inc., “Operation Roundup.”

The funding given by the Verendrye Electric Trust board and VEC members will enable the Souris Valley Humane Society to purchase a much needed 25cu. ft. freezer and pay for the remaining balance on the recent installation of an air-to-air exchanger which has already impacted the overall health of sheltered animals.
